Community Content Agreement

By submitting your content to THE MOOO and EBCHATS, you confirm and agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Content
   You confirm that the ideas, content, text, media, information, tips, recipes, insights, recommendations or materials you submit are original, created by you, owned by you, or that you have the legal rights and permission to use and distribute them.
2. License to EBCHATS
   You grant EBCHATS, Mezel Studios, THE MOOO, and their authorized representatives a non-exclusive worldwide license to transform, adapt, publish, distribute, promote, display, and monetize your submitted content as immersive mobile and chat-based experiences across digital platforms and mobile devices.
3. Content Ownership
   You remain the original owner of your content. This agreement does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to EBCHATS, Mezel Studios, or THE MOOO.
4. Content Transformation
   You understand and authorize EBCHATS to convert your content into immersive mobile experiences, including editing, formatting, visual adaptation, AI-assisted transformation, storytelling structure, and mobile optimization.
5. AI Design Assignment & Custom Redesign Fee
   You understand that the visual design of each EBCHAT experience, including but not limited to colors, backgrounds, layouts, visual elements, effects, and overall presentation, is assigned and generated by EBCHATS using AI-assisted creative systems. If a creator, community, page owner, brand, or content owner requests custom modifications to the assigned design after the initial version has been delivered, a custom design fee of US$150 may apply for each redesign request.
6. Revenue Sharing
   The current standard revenue share is 50% for the community, page owner, brand, or content owner and 50% for EBCHATS from Net Revenue generated through content sales. Net Revenue means the revenue remaining after deduction of payment processing fees, transaction fees, platform fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and any other costs directly associated with collecting and distributing payments. Revenue shares are calculated based on Net Revenue, not Gross Revenue. Payout minimums may apply. EBCHATS reserves the right to offer alternative revenue-sharing arrangements through special agreements, distributor partnerships, enterprise programs, promotional campaigns, or future community/content programs. Any alternative arrangement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
7. Premium Content Pricing
   You understand that premium content pricing is determined by The Mooovement team based on audience size, engagement, content category, perceived value, quality and market fit. Access prices will typically range between US$1.99 and US$5.00, although exceptions may apply.
8. No Upfront Payment Required
   You understand that submitting your content to THE MOOO and EBCHATS is free. You are not required to pay any upfront fees to participate.
9. Use of Page, Brand Name & Image
   You authorize EBCHATS, THE MOOO and Mezel Studios to use your page name, brand name, username, logo, profile image, and public identity solely for the promotion, distribution, and marketing of your EBCHATS content and related campaigns.
10. No Employment Relationship
    Submitting your content to THE MOOO or EBCHATS does not create any employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or salary relationship between you and EBCHATS, THE MOOO, or Mezel Studios.
11. Prohibited Content
    You may not upload copyrighted, stolen, illegal, defamatory, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized material. You accept full responsibility for the content you submit.
12. Community Standards
    Your submission may not contain pornography, explicit sexual content, vulgar language, promotion of illegal drugs, prohibited substances, graphic violence, weapon promotion, criminal activity, hate speech, dangerous medical claims, harmful financial promises, religious attacks, religious proselytism, sectarian promotion, satanism, spiritism, occult practices, witchcraft promotion, demon worship, religious harassment, extremist religious content, or other content considered inappropriate by THE MOOO, EBCHATS, or Mezel Studios. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not align with our community standards and values.
13. Mission & Impact
    By participating in THE MOOO, you understand that part of the platform’s mission is to support content innovation, education, digital creativity, learning experiences and positive initiatives connected to Mezel Education and related projects.
