Yes. However, if a creator requests custom changes to the assigned design after the initial version has been delivered, a custom redesign fee of US$150 may apply for each redesign request.

Yes. Approved creators may review the experience before publication so the final piece reflects the intended message.

When your audience purchases access to your premium EBCHAT, Net Revenue is shared between you and EBCHATS.

The current standard revenue share is 50% for the creator and 50% for EBCHATS from Net Revenue generated through content sales.

Net Revenue means the revenue remaining after payment processing fees, transaction fees, platform fees, transfer fees, currency conversion fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and any other costs directly associated with collecting and distributing payments. Revenue shares are calculated from Net Revenue, not Gross Revenue.

EBCHATS provides the platform, hosting, technology, payment infrastructure, creative production, formatting, mobile optimization, support, analytics and ongoing development.

Payments may be sent through Stripe, PayPal or other available methods depending on the creator’s country, account availability, compliance requirements and EBCHATS payment policies. Payout minimums may apply.

Yes. Creators receive access to a dashboard where they can follow their progress, story links, performance and revenue-related activity as the program grows.

Yes. You can share your EBCHAT link on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, podcasts, websites or anywhere your audience follows you.

The creator is responsible for promoting and sharing their EBCHAT link with their audience and community. EBCHATS provides the platform, experience and creator tools, while audience outreach remains primarily the creator's responsibility.

Yes. EBCHATS is designed primarily for mobile audiences, using tap-by-tap chat storytelling.

Yes. Creators may submit multiple stories, ideas or content pieces over time, depending on approval and platform strategy.

No. Applying to the program does not require an upfront fee.

EBCHATS reviews your information, evaluates the content potential and may contact you with next steps.

THE MOOO does not allow pornography, explicit sexual content, vulgar language, illegal drugs, prohibited substances, graphic violence, weapon promotion, criminal activity, hate speech, religious attacks, religious proselytism, sectarian promotion, satanism, spiritism, occult practices, witchcraft promotion, demon worship, religious harassment, extremist religious content or other inappropriate content.

EBCHATS is part of Mezel Studios and works alongside Mezel Education LATAM. A portion of resources generated through the creator program helps support educational projects and youth-focused initiatives in Latin America.

Creators gain a new digital product, audiences receive meaningful mobile experiences, EBCHATS grows the platform, and educational initiatives receive support through Mezel Education.

The Mooovement team reviews each creator profile, audience size, engagement level and content potential. Based on that evaluation, we determine the recommended access price, typically between US$1.99 and US$5.00.
